Custos Coffee is a trading name of BULGARIAN WOMEN IN BUSINESS LTD, company number 15466822, registered at 21 St Peters Road, Old Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU22 9JG. What we collect and why

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We use these to fulfil your order, take payment, and send you order updates. The legal basis is performance of a contract.

When you subscribe to The Reserve we also store your chosen tier and term, your subscription status, and your billing schedule so we can ship and charge each cycle. The legal basis is performance of a contract.

When you join our newsletter we collect your email address and use it to send occasional editorial and product emails. The legal basis is your consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

When you create a member account we store your login email and your activity within the members area so the tools there work for you. The legal basis is performance of a contract.

We also record anonymous usage events on our pages, such as a click on Order Now. These events contain no name, no email, and no identifier that links to you. We use them to understand how the shop performs.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider through the Wix platform. We never see or store your full card details.

Who we share data with

Our website runs on Wix, which hosts our store, member accounts, and order data. Some site pages are served through Netlify. Delivery details are shared with the courier that carries your order. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep data

We keep order records for six years to meet accounting and tax obligations. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We keep account data until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our use of it, and ask us to restrict processing. Email contact@custoscoffee.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator.

Cookies

The Wix platform sets cookies that are necessary for the shop to function, such as keeping your checkout session alive. We do not run third party advertising cookies. If we add analytics cookies in future we will ask for your consent first.
